Bhau Daji Lad Museum

Earlier called the Victoria and Albert Museum, Dr Bhau Daji Lad Museum iwas built in 1872 and is one of Mumbai’s oldest and finest museums. Archaeological relics, photographs and maps and relics related to Mumbai’s history are featured here.

The museum displays thousands of manuscripts and reference books along with several clay models, costumes, beautifully shaped silver and copper. Bronze sculptures, weapons, ivories, fossils, and decorative metal ware.
