| Executive Chef Mark Crocker has introduced a fabulous Spa food menu in the form of wide spread vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian choices of salads, choices of soups and variety of low calorie desserts. The buffet includes a combination of various garden fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, pulses, breads which are high at nutritional value with mouth watering flavors and colors. Salads covered here are commercially prepared in egg less low calorie mayonnaise. The Chef recommends relying on small amount of olive oil. These oils are full of flavor and far more healthier. |
