| Frederic Delangle,the French Artist showcases his work of photographs on the city of twelve gates, Ahmedabad.Frederic Delangle during his efforts to picture the city could not find a spot in the streets of Ahmedabad to set up his camera,however did succeed in photograhing the city,inspite of too many rickshaws,cars,people,cows and dogs wandering about.Frederic Delangle explores the entrails and bare bones of the deserted city.He shares with us these strange photographs of a phantom city that resembles a film lot after all the people have left.A paradoxical vision,that of an indian without Indians. |
