During this period, Master Chefs prepares seafood in various styles, which include, the Indian North West frontier province style at Peshawri, Catch the 200-year-old culinary tradition of dum cooking at Dum Pukht, Chettinad, Kerala, Mangalorean and Andhra style preparations at Dakshin, Goan, Malwani and continental delights at The Peshwa Pavilion, specialties in Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean and Mongolian styles at Pan Asian, western grilled specialties at West View and fish preparations from Europe to lift spirits at the Bombay High. |
