| A hindustani music concert in collaboration with Pancham-Nishad and supported by Mantra Foundation. The full moon night of the month of ‘Ashwin’ is known as the ‘Sharad Poornima’ or ‘Ras Poornima’. This is a special occasion: it is believed to be the night when Lord Krishna played the Ras Leela the entire night. It is also believed to be the night when the moon showers the earth with the cool nectar of peace. , Dhawal Utsav will offer a night-long repast of classical music and dance, featuring eminent artistes, namely Mandeera Manish (Bharata Natyam), Satish Vyas (Santoor), Rajan-Sajan Mishra (Vocal) and Kishori Amonkar (Vocal). |
