Cuisine of Kerala is fresh, aromatic and fish and rice is an integral part of this cuisine. Almost every dish prepared in Kerala has coconut and spices added to it – spices such as on, Cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, garlic, cumin, coriander, turmeric etc. Kerala cuisine is a combination of vegetables, meats and seafood flavoured with these spices. A wide array of veg and non-veg dishes will be available including Neichoru , Erachi biriyani, vazakka upperi, chena varathathu, kozhi porichatu, konji pappas, Allepey fish curry, Ayilah Vattichatu etc.
