We are four people, three students from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, a premier institute of India staying and an Australian, working in a well reputed company. We have been staying here since September last year.
The rent is paid in installments of 3 months each, the total coming to Rs. 26250/-, per installment with a one time security deposit (refundable) of Rs. 25000/-.
Electricity bill on an average is always under Rs. 1500/- (consolidated) for two months, the share per person working out to Rs. 375/-.
My name is RAJAT WAHI, and i am a student of JBIMS, and am vacating the flat coz i have landed up a room in our hostel. I have paid the three monthly installment from 24th Feb to 24th May and am expecting to be re-imbursed the balance rent.
